By downloading or using the Kiwi TCG app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Kiwi TCG helps you identify trading cards, view market price information and organise your collection. Features may change over time as we improve the app.

Subscriptions and free trial

• Kiwi TCG PRO is offered as auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Eligible new subscribers may start with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Prices and card information

Market prices, rarities, scan results and collection totals are provided for information only. They may be delayed or inaccurate and are not financial advice or a professional appraisal. Always verify before buying or selling.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Use the app only for lawful, personal collection management and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

Intellectual property

Kiwi TCG is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Bandai, Toei Animation, Shueisha or Eiichiro Oda. ONE PIECE and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Card images are shown for identification and price reference only.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made based on price information in the app.
