Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Kiwi TCG iOS app and kiwitcg.com ("Kiwi TCG", "we") collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your account identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address.
• Collection data. The collections, wishlists and card quantities you save, so they can sync across your devices.
• Purchase information. Subscription status and purchase history, processed by Apple and our subscription provider RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
• App preferences. Settings such as your language, stored on your device.

Camera and scanning

The card scanner uses your camera only while it is open. Card recognition runs on your device; camera images are not uploaded or stored by us. Only the recognised card identifier is used to look up the card and its price.

How we use information

• To provide the app: identify cards, show prices and keep your collections in sync.
• To manage your subscription and restore purchases.
• To send price-drop notifications you opt into.
• To respond to support requests and keep the service secure.

Website analytics

kiwitcg.com uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and whether the App Store button is clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage data like pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. The iOS app does not use Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run Kiwi TCG: Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store payments), Google (Google Sign-In, Google Analytics on the website), RevenueCat (subscription management) and our hosting provider. They may process data only on our behalf. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and collection data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and synced collections from our servers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Kiwi TCG is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
